I listen to the news stations and everyday the results are the same; no new jobs created, unemployment up, economic outlook… grim!

Contractor from hell!
I hired a contractor to come out and do some repairs on my plumbing. He came highly recommended and I trusted the person who gave me the recommendation. Big mistake!
Tenants from hell!
I had a really nice rental property sitting on 10 acres just outside of town. The tenant of four years decided to move on, so I put it up for rent again since the housing market is in the toilet without any chance of recovery.
